What is the Asahi Sky Room?
Located in the Asahi Group Headquarters Building, also known as the Asahi Beer Tower, the bar offers fantastic views of Asakusa and the Tokyo Skytree. It serves a selection of Asahi's greatest beers, as well as wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, which can be enjoyed alongside finger food.
The Asahi Sky Room has fewer seats than you might expect. With only 20 seats available, you may have to wait for a table. When we visited, we were initially seated a little way from the panoramic window, but we were able to move once other guests had finished their drinks.
What can you expect to see from the Asahi Sky Room?

If you sit on the right, you can enjoy a beautiful view on the Tokyo Skytree. On the left, you get a chance to see Asakusa, in particular the Sensō-ji Main Hall, Hōzōmon Gate, and the five-storied Pagoda.
How much does it cost?
Although the bar is free to enter, you are expected to get a drink.

The good news is that the drinks are reasonably priced. The wine and beer shown above cost around 1,580¥ in total. Optionally, you can also purchase finger food for about 600-1200¥.
How to get there?

The Asahi Sky Room is located on the 22nd floor of the Asahi headquarters building. To enter, go through the south side of the building and take the elevator to the 22F. Google Maps sometimes incorrectly suggests entering through the Asahi Beer Hall, the shorter building with an art installation resembling a sweet potato on top. You need to go into the taller building.
Cheers!
